Executive Leader, CRO

James is an Executive Management leader who has been directing and mentoring global sales teams and organizational operations for 30+ years. He is an effective leader who has built strong teams and profitable organizations through hands on mentoring, inspiring excellence. He has managed all facets of sales, marketing, business operations, business strategies, sales strategies, organizational structures, and customer support. He has extensive experience cultivating relationships with service providers, enterprise, SMB/SME, federal space, Var, ISP, telco, OEM, marketing and sales channels. He is results driven for revenue growth and under budget performance.

Operations Manager

Anne Marie manages the daily operations at UPR8. She provides office support management services, Human Resources management services, benefits programs development, payroll processing and customer support to clients. In addition to her management background, she has extensive experience in counseling and education to guide businesses through critical issues. She holds undergraduate degrees in Social Services and an MBA in Management.

Software Engineer

Ian is a CalPoly Computer Science graduate Software Engineer who provides technical support at UPR8. His areas of expertise include databases and email systems management, pre-sales product demonstrations and IT Support. His proficiency languages and platforms include C, C++, Java, Python, LaTeX, HTML, and SQL. He has a keen interest in Ethics.
